Each action agenda describes:
The innovation ecosystems that are active on the relevant NTS technology, how these ecosystems contribute to the (further) development of the technology and to achieving the ambitions of the NTS agenda.
The current, planned and new R&D&I activities and how they can be realised.
The other factors that are relevant for achieving the objectives.
In addition, it is essential that the action agenda is supported by a relevant innovation coalition in that technology field.
The parties from the ecosystems surrounding an NTS technology draw up this action agenda together. This takes place in three phases:
Initiation | A concept document is written with the most important challenges for the action agenda and an impetus for the exploration group.
Exploration | The exploration group refines the concept document, writes a plan of approach for the action agenda and proposes a compact working group and a broad sounding board group.
Elaboration | The working group draws up the action agenda, based on, among other things, requests and meetings. Parties from the ecosystems are asked to provide input. After processing, validation takes place via the sounding board group.
After delivery of the action agenda, the implementation of the action agenda will be implemented. The progress will be monitored periodically by the participating parties, after which adjustments can be made.
