Researchers and consortia active in quantum technology have until 3 March 2026 to submit a proposal for the NWO Quantum Delta NL Quantum Technology call 2025. With this call, NWO supports groundbreaking fundamental and applied research that contributes to new innovations within the Dutch quantum ecosystem.
Quantum technology is an innovative field of research with applications in areas such as cybersecurity, more powerful computers and advanced sensor technology. By conducting groundbreaking research, the Netherlands can be a global leader in the development and application of quantum technologies.
Project proposals must be aligned with one or more Catalyst (CAT) programmes of Quantum Delta NL:
CAT-1: Quantum Computing and Simulation
CAT-2: National Quantum Network
CAT-3: Quantum Sensing Applications
A total budget of over €10.5 million is available for the call. The maximum grant per project is €750,000, which provides scope for ambitious research projects with social and economic impact.
