Quantum Computing for Industry and Public sector

The aim of this one-day meeting is twofold: to update everyone on the current state of quantum computing and to explore the opportunities and challenges that quantum technology presents for your business areas and society.

An excellent lineup of speakers covers topics such as the latest advancements in quantum hardware and software platforms, as well as the societal and ethical implications of quantum technology. Special attention will be given to cutting-edge applications of quantum computing in chemistry, materials science, and drug design.

Special guest: Eduardo Miranda, Professor of Computer Music at the University of Plymouth, UK. He will perform a concert with quantum computers, in collaboration with Fie Schouten (bass clarinet) and Carla Rees (alto flute). 

The day will conclude with a networking reception, including drinks and light refreshments.
