Then register for the Benelux Digital Europe Programme matchmaking event to explore opportunities, learn more about the programme, and connect with potential partners.
Who is it for?
This event is intended for organisations based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg that already have some knowledge of or experience with European programmes. The webinar and matchmaking sessions are particularly relevant for SMEs, companies, researchers and knowledge institutions, government organisations, and other entities active in the field of digitalisation or cybersecurity.
Why participate?
Participants will receive insights from the European Commission on current and upcoming calls within the five main themes of the programme. In addition, you can join guided matchmaking sessions to find collaboration partners, pitch your organisation and project ideas via the B2Match platform, and connect with national contact points from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Programme
12:00–12:45 – Welcome lunch
13:00–13:30 – Opening session by national contact points and the European Commission
13:45–16:30 – Parallel sessions with presentations and matchmaking rounds on, among others:
- AI and applications in Europe – generative AI, data spaces, medical imaging
- Digital skills, identity, and emerging technologies – EU wallets, virtual worlds, digital identity
16:30–17:30 – Networking reception

About the Digital Europe Programme
The Digital Europe Programme is the first EU funding initiative fully dedicated to the large-scale deployment of digital technologies. It supports projects that contribute to Europe’s digital transformation and focuses on six main areas:
- Artificial intelligence (AI), data & cloud
- Accelerating the adoption of digital technologies
- Advanced digital skills
- Cybersecurity
- High Performance Computing (partly funded under the Digital Europe Programme)
- Semiconductors (partly funded under the Digital Europe Programme)
The calls, budgets, conditions and priorities of the Digital Europe Programme for 2025–2027 are outlined in the main Work Programme 'Digital Innovation' and the Cybersecurity Work Programme. Themes 1 to 3 fall under the main programme, while theme 4 is part of the cybersecurity programme. The new series of DEP calls will open in early November 2025.
